Diff the resolved manifest against the lockfile and disk without calling a provider. It reports current, blocked, missing, untracked, stale, failed, recoverable, in-flight, and orphaned entries plus estimated cost grouped by provider and unit. A revision is blocked when its parent or mask is missing, stale, modified, or awaiting quality approval. Blocked work is not actionable and adds no cost. Single-provider JSON retains cost and costUnit; mixed plans set those legacy fields to null and expose the exact totals in groups. Revision items in JSON also include their mode, parent id/hash, optional mask hash, and strength.

--check exits nonzero unless every selected entry is current. For styles with quality, current raw output is not enough: each derived PNG must also have a current named approval.
