Cleanup tier, measured

/reduce-colors and /correct-pixelart are a separate tier from the five utilities above (PixelLab's own OpenAPI tag: Cleanup), synchronous, and confirmed at a flat 0.1 generations each on a 32×32 source, live against a Tier 2 subscription account (pixellab balance change: 0.1000000000003638 generations consumed, floating-point noise aside — same for both calls). The OpenAPI schema's own response examples are dollar-denominated (usage: {type: "usd", usd: 0.005} for reduce-colors, 0.01 for correct-pixelart) and, as with isometricTile and objectPro, that did not predict real billing; PixelLab's own MCP tool descriptions claiming a flat 0.1 generations were the correct source instead. Wired up as the revision asset shape's reduce-colors/correct-pixelart modes; see Controlled asset revisions. Only confirmed at this one size — whether it stays flat at larger canvases (unlike inpaint's canvas-tiered cost) is not yet known, and multi-frame batch input (both endpoints are built to quantize/clean several frames in one call) is unmeasured and unmodeled.
